• 1. What sizes are available for your t-shirts? +

  All shirts are available in sizes XS–3XL, with select limited designs also offered in 4XL–5XL. To find your ideal fit, click “Shop All” and use the size filter to browse available options. Each product page includes a size chart so you can choose with confidence.

• 2. Are the T-shirt designs printed or embroidered? +

  All of our T-shirt designs are digitally printed using high-quality direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, which captures vibrant colors and detailed artwork.

• 3. Can I get a design on a different style of t-shirt? +

  Absolutely! Love a design but don’t see it on your preferred tee style or fit? Just email us, and we’ll do our best to make it happen. We're happy to work with you to create a custom order that fits your style.

• 4. How long will it take to receive my order? +

  Every item is printed and made to order in the USA, which takes about 2–7 business days. From there, delivery time depends on the service you choose at checkout — both Economy and Standard Delivery are offered. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay, along with a delivery estimate for most orders. Please email stevie@breedandthread.com before ordering if you'd like a specific estimate.

• 5. Can I send one as a gift? +

  Absolutely! Simply enter the recipient's shipping address at checkout, and we'll ship it directly to them. It's a great way to send a thoughtful surprise straight to their door.

• 6. How should I care for my t-shirt? +

  Machine wash cold or warm (maximum 105°F / 40°C) and tumble dry on low. Do not bleach or dry clean. If you need to iron, turn the shirt inside-out and use low heat — never iron directly on the print.

• 7. What’s your return or exchange policy? +

  We want you to love every purchase from Breed and Thread. If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returned items may be tried on, but must be unwashed and free from stains, damage, strong odors, and excessive pet hair. To start a return, email us at stevie@breedandthread.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a free return shipping label. Please note that returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted. The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order. Once your return is processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Our standard breed designs are printed to order and are fully returnable under this policy, including items purchased with a discount code or promotional offer. Gift cards, and items personalized with a name, photo, or custom text you supplied, are not eligible for return. • 8. What if I don’t see my breed offered on your site? +

  We’re constantly adding new designs, so if you don’t see your breed—or your favorite furry friend—just send us an email! We’re happy to take requests and will do our best to make it happen. We love all breeds and are working hard to offer the most extensive selection for fellow pet lovers.
